Job Offer: Operational Consultant at DECIDE

We are looking for people interested in the development of intelligent solutions that incorporate expert systems for managing business rules (BRMS), analytics, operations research and systems optimization decision.

We are seeking an Operational Consultant to perform the following tasks:

• Meetings with customers requirements for taking and analyzing customer needs.
• Analysis, design and implementation of mathematical models and proposed solutions heuristca.
• Implementation of new requirements, bug fixes, performance improvements, User Support and analysts during the test run of an existing application.
• Software development using programming techniques by restrictions, local search and metaheuristics for clients from wide range of areas.

Experience and Skills Desired

• Collaborating in various projects.
• Have done work to analyze, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support.
• At least four years experience in software development.
• Implementation of new requirements, bug fixes, performance improvements, support for users and analysts during the test run of an existing application.
• Programming in C minimum 4 years.
• Deep knowledge about The object orientation and software design.
• Experience implementing or using complex algorithms.
• Software Development Tools: version control systems, development environments, trackers, etc..
• Knowledge in Operations Research, CPLEX, IBM ILOG CP Optimizer, choco solver, programming by restrictions, aloritmos genetic and evolutionary local search knowledge in databases
