It is with sadness that we report the death on March 23rd of Diana Haley, who was well-known to many in the worldwide OR community as she accompanied her husband, Professor K. Brian Haley (IFORS President, 1992-94), to many conferences.  The last conference she attended with him was the IFORS conference in South Africa in 2008.  We extend our sympathy to Brian.
